By placing an export order with Vittal Elixir, the buyer agrees to the following:

• The product is intended for personal, commercial, or resale use, depending on import license and local regulations.
• The buyer shall ensure compliance with local food safety, labeling, and import regulations in their country.
• All invoices must be paid in full as per agreed terms (advance / LC / TT).
• Product remains the property of Vittal Elixir until full payment is received.
• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction of Karaikal, Puducherry UT, India.
