Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of confirmation, provided production or packaging has not commenced.
• After 6 hours or once the order enters processing/shipping, cancellations will not be accepted.
• For bulk and custom-label orders, cancellations are not allowed post-invoice payment.

If a valid cancellation is accepted, refunds (minus transaction or bank charges) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
