9x Bamboo salt - Manufacturing process:

Raw Material Preparation

High-quality sea salt, 3-year-old bamboo stalks, and natural red clay.

Bamboo Tube Preparation

Cut bamboo into ~30–50 cm sections. Salt is filled tightly inside each bamboo bullet and the open end is sealed with clay

First Roasting

Bamboo tubes are placed vertically in a wooden furnace. Heated at 600°C – 800°C for several hours. Bamboo burns off, and salt absorbs minerals.

Pulverization & Repacking

After each roast, salt is pulverized to fine powder to ensure even heating. It is then repacked into new bamboo tubes with fresh clay sealing

Repeat Roasting (2x – 8x)

The roasting, pulverizing, and repacking is repeated 7 more times. Each roasting infuses more bamboo and clay minerals and alters the salt’s chemical structure, removing impurities.

9th Roasting (Final Stage)

Final roasting is done at an even higher temperature (1000°C – 1400°C). The salt often melts into a molten form due to intense heat.

. Cooling & Solidification

The molten or semi-molten salt is cooled and solidified. It may take a glass-like or rock-like appearance.

Grinding

The solidified salt is ground into fine powder or small granules depending on usage (e.g., edible, cosmetic, medicinal).

Packaging

Packaged in airtight, moisture-proof containers. Labeled as 9x bamboo salt.
